I. Introduction:
The body of a fully welded ball valve is an integrally welded ball valve formed by pressing a carbon steel seamless steel pipe. Since the valve seat is composed of a carbon-filled Teflon seal ring and a disc spring, it has strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature, and will not produce any leakage within the specified pressure and temperature range. It is widely used in urban gas systems: gas output pipelines, main pipelines and various branch pipelines; central heating: output pipelines, main pipelines and branch pipelines of large heating equipment; heat exchangers: pipeline and loop switching; steel plants: various fluid pipelines, waste gas discharge pipelines, and gas supply pipelines; various industrial equipment: various heat treatment pipelines, various industrial gas and thermal pipelines.
II. Product Features:
① Integrated fully welded ball valve, with no external leakage or other phenomena;
② Adopting a floating ball structure, the inclined elastic washer ensures that the seal ring is tightly pressed against the ball, so the valve can maintain tight sealing even under unstable pressure;
③ Since the valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, there will be no uneven stress, and it will not deform due to earthquakes or vehicles passing on the ground, so the pipeline has good aging resistance;
④ The seal ring body is made of RPTFE material containing 20% Carbon, ensuring complete leakage-free performance;
⑤ Direct-buried fully welded ball valves can be directly buried underground without building large valve wells. Only a small shallow well needs to be set on the ground, which greatly saves construction costs and engineering time;
⑥ The length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem can be adjusted according to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline;
⑦ The ball processing process is tracked and detected by advanced computer detectors, with extremely high processing precision and light operation;
⑧ No maintenance, adjustment or lubrication is required, and it is easy to install. The valve body does not contain heavy and unreliable castings.
